Father Saves My Marks and a Picnic on the Terrace

Today was also a fun day because of Sunday. Unlike yesterday, today I woke at 6.30 am, not by myself but by the sound of someone's chattering.

I opened my eyes and found myself in the middle of the bed. Mummy and Papa sitting on either side and discussing something in a serious tone. I overheard their conversation and come to know that they were working out on a solution to the assignment problem of yesterday, in which my marks were reduced due to wrong attachment. Papaji said that he would talk about it with the concerned teacher.

In the afternoon, he texted the SST teacher that I had never done such a blunder before. It was the first time and maybe I had forgotten to verify the attachment before sending it. This might have happened by me in a hurry. Finally, she was convinced and resent the mark sheet with my marks increased! I am very grateful to Papaji for that. Now I will be very careful in sending my work.

I devoted most of the day to practising maths for the upcoming exam tomorrow. In the evening, I saw many children were cycling in the street, as today everyone was free from work. I enjoyed cycling for about an hour and then came back home to take a stroll on the terrace with Papaji and Dadaji. Dadaji laid on a charpai, enjoying the cool breeze. I came down after a while for studying again.

I, Papa and Dadaji spending time on the terrace. Our entire family enjoyed tonight.

At night, everyone did their dinner on the terrace under the dark cold sky. Using the light of the mobile's torch, we had our food on the chatai. Dadiji was lying on the charpai and Dadaji was taking a walk. Mummy and Papa were having a discussion. I was watching the kids playing in the street through the grill. There is a peaceful and cool atmosphere in today's night. Dadaji has decided to sleep there only. I spent plenty of time with my family tonight.
